China Visa & US Immigration
Two outbound desks that used to sit under South African immigration: Chinese visas lodged from South Africa, and United States residence or work. Police clearances, apostille, and authentications sit on the Government Documents page when the receiving office requires them.
China Visa
Ordinary-passport applications are lodged at a Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (Cape Town, Johannesburg, or Durban), not at the Embassy counter. We complete the online form, check the invitation and supporting papers, and attend or brief the lodge.

The online form is completed on visaforchina.cn before the appointment. We check passport validity and blank pages, the invitation, itinerary, and any work- or study-permit notice.
US Immigration
We assist qualified applicants who wish to live and work in the United States, temporarily or permanently, including files framed as investment or business, performing artists, temporary workers, religious workers, and cultural-exchange participants. Eligibility is assessed on the individual facts before a category is named.
UK Immigration
We prepare outbound United Kingdom files from South Africa: work, family, study, and ancestry where a UK-born grandparent founds the claim. The South African papers — police clearance, apostille, civil documents — are assembled here; a UK-qualified adviser is instructed on the visa category itself where that is required.

Irish Immigration
Ireland is a frequent destination from Cape Town for employment, study, and family reunion. We assemble the South African civil and police documents, apostille them, and prepare the file that the Irish embassy, the Department of Justice, or an Irish employment-permit unit will actually read.

Irish immigration law is applied in Dublin. We place the South African evidence in order and work with Irish counsel where a permission or appeal must be argued there.
Dutch Immigration
The Netherlands admits workers, family members, and graduates on named national-visa (MVV) and residence-permit routes. Highly skilled migrants, intra-company transferees, and family reunification are the usual instructions from this office.

DIRCO apostille, SAPS clearance, and civil documents are prepared here. Dutch immigration decisions are taken by the IND; we instruct Dutch counsel when the file must be lodged or appealed in the Netherlands.
