What to include
A short email helps us answer properly the first time. Please tell us:
- who you are and your nationality;
- what you need — for example a visa category, a document, or advice on a contract;
- your current visa or status in South Africa, if any, and its expiry date;
- any deadline, such as a refusal or undesirability notice and the date you received it;
- which papers you already hold.
